Jungle Safari in Nepal Nepal has been puting lots of efforts to save its wild lives. In odrder to get better result and promote tourism at the same time.it has allocated tens of thousands sqm of area for its 14 national parks. Visiting these parks would help tourists to get better understanding about Nepalese wildlives and its diversity. Jungle safari trips include lots of different activities- bird watching, local cultural shows, tiger hunting(by camera) visit to crocodile breeding farms. There are plenty of photo opportunities, you may capture, herds of deers, elephants or big cats on film depending on the time of year. Some of the jungle safari trips can be done after rafting trips. chitwan National Park is the most popular amond visitors.


Chitwan National Park
Royal Chitwan National Park covers about 932 Sq. kilometers. This park was mainly created to protect endangered species from poachers. as a successful research center of wildlife and nature conservation. The Park is situated in the tropical and sub-tropical lowland of the mid-southern part of Nepal. The Park has a large area of low, heavy-forested hills to the south of capital Kathmandu, which is also known as a haven for wildlife lovers. The Park has been covered by different vegetation. Commonly seen animals in the park are Bengal tiger, one horned rhinoceros, wild boar, gaur, neelgai, wild elephant, striped hyena, pangolin, chital, wild dog, langur and deers. Bird watching,different types of crocodiles, crocodile breeding centres, local village tour and Tharu Stick Dance are major attraction of this trip.


Trip Itinerary

Day 01 Depart from Kathmandu / Pokhara or rafting put out points for Chitwan. Transfer to your resort or camp. Welcome drink followed by brief explaination about the trip. Visit to local village. Dinner & rest.

Day 02 After breakfast, we do different activities - canoe trip, jungle walk and bird watching. Lunch followed by elephant safari and returned to camp just before evening. Tharu music and stick dance. Dinner & sleep.

Day 03 We wake quite early in the morning, to catch sunrise. After that we get back to camp. Breakfast is served and we leave for our intened destinations.

NB: This trip can be extended to three nights and four days upon request.
